Hello beautiful beings! šŖ¶
I feel the intensity of April deep in my body. Aries season came in full fire mode š„ fast and furious, bold and direct⦠just like my Venus in Aries, lol. I am happy that we entered the Taurus season, to be honest (my ascendant)! Time to enjoy and rest, because yes, Iām tired! I am also deeply grateful to be living this wild, beautiful life in this magical city of Berlin. So much is moving right now: beautiful new connections, the release of old patterns and people, inspiring projects unfolding, deep lessons to integrate š
, and so much love in the air. I love this speed⦠and wow, itās teaching me just how essential it is to slow down and make space for rest..!
This work is offered for free at the moment ā if you feel called, please consider donating a few euros here. Thank you so much! š
In this edition, Iām so happy to introduce you to one beautiful soul: my friend Boto ā a multi-talented, playful, and heart-centered human who radiates creativity and innovative energy. Iām also featuring the artwork of Yulia Katan, whom I met this winter in a dance class. Her pieces open portals into surreal, dreamlike worlds.
And a big thank you to Jennifer Eireen, who brings her magic to this space with the astrology forecast ā helping us navigate the cosmic shifts with more grace and awareness.
Letās remember: we are not here to prove our worth. We already are.

When and what brought you to Berlin?
I finished university in Australia at 19 and worked full-time throughout my entire degree. By 19, I was earning 80k. That same year, I flew to Melbourne, went to a party, and tried crystal meth for the first time. The comedown at work the following week was so bad that I decided I never wanted to work like that again. I realized I needed to go somewhere new to satisfy my heart. I felt a deep longing to find love. My intuition whispered: Berlin. On Christmas Day 2014, I flew from Perth, Australia ā the most isolated capital city in the world ā to Berlin. Since moving here, my spiritual journey has flourished like a blooming flower.
How has Berlin influenced your journey?
Iāve been in Berlin for many years, and during that time, Iāve lived through many chapters. Chapter one taught me that I can do anything. I was able to relive my high school years, where I was seen by others, despite not fitting into the sporty Italian mold that seemed to dominate my Australian suburban Catholic school. It also showed me that nothing is ever as it seems ā here we were, hundreds of bodies getting high together and dancing, connecting on deeply intimate levels.
The second chapter taught me about change. I was shocked when I suddenly realized that I was no longer interested in getting high. I had to surrender to these feelings within. God laid out a new path for me ā sober partying, dancing, connection, meditation, kundalini, and music. It taught me to trust my heart and that truly, nothing is permanent. I learned that as long as I connect to love, my heart, my inner child, and share joy, the ocean will carry me forward to exactly where I need to be.
What do you think Berlin represents in terms of personal growth or transformation?
Berlin represents Pluto energy through its deep transformation, rebirth, and confrontation with the shadow. The cityās history of destruction and regeneration mirrors Plutoās cycle of death and renewal. Its cultural alchemy, intense atmosphere, and focus on personal freedom encourage profound self-exploration and empowerment. Berlin challenges individuals to face truths, shed constraints, and emerge transformedāa powerful symbol of growth and reinvention..
Berlin represents Pluto energy through its deep transformation, rebirth, and confrontation with the shadow.
What advice would you give to someone new to Berlin who is looking to create meaningful connections in the city?
If your intuition guides you to come to Berlin - it is a buffet of meaningful connections. Learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all. If you donāt start with that she will smack you in the face with difficult reflections.Ā ā
Whatās one thing youāve learned from Berlin that you couldnāt have learned anywhere else?
I learnt how to navigate a dark room, how to have group sex in a toilet, how to lead 500 people on a 2 hours dancefloor journey and how to hack the system.
Whatās your favorite song at the moment?
Your favorite places in Berlin and why?
1- My home - Itās the most beautiful temple in the world with my pyramid bed :)
2- Green Yoga - The nicest yoga studio in Berlin that even helps plant trees
3- Mahalla - The most beautiful place to host Pyramid Party
4- Dose of Pleasure - Alvin's sessions are the medicine for the Heart
Do you have any new projects coming up?
Please check out Pyramid Party ā and especially Pyramid Party Retreats, for a truly profound experience. In the words of a participant, this best describes what I create in retreat experiences:
"Most wholesome experience I've had in YEARS. A beautiful culmination of ritual, dance, performance, ancient body practices, philosophy and self-exploration. Yoga in its purest form - meaning the union of all things. This retreat, this container is truly a place to feel free, to bring fear and shame into the light, to let go, come together and celebrate all the colors of who we are as individuals and as a community! A place to foster how we show up for one another and co-create brave-space to shine through courage, love and support. An experience to be felt. So grateful, so inspired, so in love." - Eirik Juel

š± From Tension to Clarity: Small Shifts, Big Impact (Astrology April 29 - May 12)
As Mars moves away from opposing Pluto, you will breathe easier as the chaos slowly dissolves & movement emerges. However, Mercury slides into Taurus to square Mars. Translation: don't say anything without thinking twice. Unless youāre really into awkward moments. Venus meets Neptune in Aries for the first time in 165 years, which signals us profound developments around social rights and ethics, independence and revolutionary movements in social realms and artistic dimensions. With the Sun opposite Juno, and Lilith in Scorpio, we need to really learn about what lays underneath our physical symptoms and responses. You want to collaborate, but can you communicate...? If you've never heard of the āHonest Sharingā method, I invite you to look it up!
Jupiter square Saturn and the North Node means we are still crafting a solid foundation for our bigger dreams. Use this time to lay the groundwork for future success. That includes tending to your nervous system. Berlin Tip: Take advantage of the Venus-Neptune energy by exploring the art scene in Berlin. Whether itās a gallery, an intimate concert, collage workshop or a healing circle ā the creative flow around you could spark fresh inspiration for your next steps.

āYOU DONāT HAVE TO WORK HARDERā
Since I am a kid, Iāve heard the same story again and again: "You have to work hard if you want to succeed" "Nothing comes easy" "You have to deserve it" āThings have to be difficult to be valuableā āIf itās easy, itās probably not realā
Those beliefs are everywhere. In school. At home. In society.
And even when we try to live differently, that old voice is still there in the background, whispering: "You need to prove yourself. Do more. Push harder."
When you hear the same thoughts again and again, they start to feel like the truth ā and that's what we call a belief. But when a belief starts to limit our freedom, we call it a limiting belief. Without even thinking about it, it becomes part of us. We start to push, to hustle, to prove... to exhaust ourselves⦠And when things don't flow, we blame ourselves: "Maybe I'm not working hard enough?" āMaybe I am not worthy?ā
Iāve observed that in Germany, these beliefs seem even stronger. After the Second World War, I believe the Germans, in order to survive, suppressed many uncomfortable emotions. With a deep sense of guilt, they convinced themselves they had to be flawless in the eyes of everyone. Rather than allowing themselves to feel, they focused on developing their logical, practical side, channeling their energy into work. This, of course, is my observation and may be a generalization.
In my early jobs at startups during my time in Berlin, I also observed that people were driven by these beliefs. They worked incredibly hard, putting in extra hours every day, to prove to their superiors that they deserved to be promoted.
Working hard without being aligned is not sustainable in the long run. Working hard can mean suffering. Money doesn't come because you are tired. Money comes because you create something valuable. Because you are connected. Because you are in your power. Because you have energy.
You donāt have to force.
You donāt have to sacrifice your soul.
You don't have to be always "doing more."
Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is less with more presence.
Sometimes, the best opportunities come when you are simply being yourself, living your life with an open heart.
Work can feel light. Money can come easily. Success can be natural.
Iām not saying you just sit on your couch and wait for magic. Yes, you can still show up. You can build. You can create beautiful things. But from a place of clarity. Presence. Joy.
Your thoughts are creating your external reality.
The harder you work, the harder it is to surrender.
If youāre ready to shift old patterns and unlock your true energy, Iād love to guide you on this transformative journey. Together, weāll create the life that feels authentic and energizing for you. If youāre motivated to take action and embrace responsibility for your well-being, feel free to book a free discovery call here.
