Hello beautiful soul,

Life feels intense right now, and I find myself experiencing many emotions at once.
The collective energy is crazy and everything seems to be shifting so quickly. Do you feel it as well? 🧐

My heart and thoughts go out to everyone who is suffering right now because of the chaos created by those in power. More than ever, I feel how important it is to reconnect with other human beings in our daily lives, to think more collectively and slowly move away from purely individualistic dreams. I dream of a world where we support one another, deeply rooted in our own unique light.

I’m asking myself many questions these days:
How can I deepen my trust?
How can I be of greater service to humanity?
How can I let go of my individual attachments and think more in terms of the collective?

It feels more important than ever to reconnect with the feminine energy within us…with our wombs, and with the womb of Mother Earth…so that we can feel grounded and safe wherever we are in the world. That’s why I would love to introduce you to the beautiful work of Marie-Sara, a somatic womb practitioner based in Berlin.

Meet Maria-Sara, a Berlin-based somatic womb practitioner devoted to helping women reconnect with the wisdom of their womb and the guidance it offers in their lives

Maria-Sara Richter is a Berlin-based somatic womb practitioner and the founder of Ode to a Body. A former professional dancer, her work grew from a personal journey of reconnecting with her body as a woman beyond performance and control. Today she offers womb-centered 1:1 sessions that combine somatic and fascia-informed practices, sound, energy healing and intuitive womb channeling, supporting women in reconnecting with the intelligence of their bodies and returning to themselves. She also shares her approach through teaching yoga and other body-based practices.

How do you describe your 1:1 womb-centered sessions to someone hearing about them for the first time?

Each session is very unique and really depends on the person and what they bring into the space. We usually begin with a conversation where you can share whatever is present for you, it doesn’t have to be directly related to the womb or femininity. Then you lie down on a massage table and I start to work intuitively, often through energy healing, sometimes through fascia-informed touch, and occasionally with sound or instruments if I feel guided. During the session I may receive images, messages, or insights that help uncover deeper layers. At the end we take time to share what came through and integrate the experience together.

Why is the womb central to your work, rather than another part of the body?

The womb is central to my work because I find it one of the most magnificent and interesting spaces in a woman’s body. Just seeing how it sheds its layers every month, or how it can grow so much during pregnancy, is incredible to me. But beyond the physical, I also experience the womb as an energetic space and a powerful portal, that I am channeling from when working on others.

What shifts tend to happen through this work?

The womb touches so many layers of our being, so there can be many different shifts. Sometimes it’s a physical shift, for example women suddenly start to feel their body again instead of feeling numb. It can also affect overall health, relationships, and how we walk through life, including the work we feel called to do. There can also be deeper spiritual shifts where blockages connected to ancestors or past lives begin to shift.

I feel there is also a longing for the return of the matriarchy, a world where life moves in more harmony and balance especially with nature and all beings on earth.

Marie-Sara

What do you notice women are longing for right now?

From what I observe in my own life and in the women who come to me, there is a deep longing for safety. Safety to let go and feel held and supported by life, so that we can blossom and unfold what we carry within us. I also notice a longing to reconnect with our natural creativity, this feminine ability to birth things into the world, whether that is children, ideas, or projects. And on a deeper level, I feel there is also a longing for the return of the matriarchy, a world where life moves in more harmony and balance especially with nature and all beings on earth.

What often surprises women when they begin listening to the womb?

What often surprises women is how easy it actually is to connect with the wisdom of their womb. Many realize that this voice has always been there, it was just not uncovered or listened to. Once they begin to listen, they often discover that the womb can be a very powerful guide in their lives. It becomes like a teacher that helps them feel more guided and connected to their path.

NOT FEELING ENOUGH IN A DIGITAL ERA

We grew up in a society where we are taught that we will never be enough.
Most of us can connect with this deep wound, instilled by a capitalist society that conditions us to never feel “good enough.”
The system has conditioned us to live in a constant rat race, chasing external achievements as the only measure of our happiness.
In this era, where social media consumes countless hours of our lives, we increasingly get lost in our minds, constantly feeling inadequate.
We are chasing an ideal we will never reach, and when we think we have reached it, we realize it only gives us a false sense of fulfillment.
Algorithms and screens dictate our lives, and if we are not conscious, if we are not connected to reality outside the digital world, we can lose our connection to our spirit and to others, which are the true sources of joy and love. We risk becoming humans who simply copy and reproduce to fit algorithms and trends, allowing robots and AI to take over our creative life force.
We lose the joy of creating just to please a digital dictatorship.

I believe we are in a spiritual war, where the most powerful don’t just want our money but constantly seek to steal our attention, our focus, and our consciousness, because these are truly the most valuable assets we possess, if we think about it.

I have fallen into this rabbit hole myself, linking my self-worth to the number of followers, views, and likes, and to the status and identity that Instagram gave me. For a long time, almost unconsciously, I believed that I was not worthy of enjoying life unless I could prove to the world that I had “become someone.” I still struggle with this, but the more I grieve my attachment to external validation, the more I learn to value myself without artifice.
The truth is that life itself is priceless.
We are worthy from the moment we are born, simply because we exist.

I’m Sabrina Jeblaoui, a French coach, portrait and documentary photographer, interviewer, community builder, intuitive singer, dreamer, and founder of this newsletter. I’ve been living in Berlin for the past eight years (already!) and I’m almost 33.

At the heart of everything I do is connection: connection to others on a deep and authentic level. I love creating spaces where people can meet soul-to-soul, feel truly seen, and express themselves freely.

My dream is to help build a new world, create spiritual communities where people support one another, share their gifts, and grow together in a spirit of care, presence, and collective awakening.
