Hello Sunshine ā˜€ļø

In today’s newsletter I’m happy to introduce you to Anya Ananda, a beautiful, powerful, and magical woman I keep meeting since few years in amazing events in Berlin. I’ve experienced both her 1:1 soul embodiment sessions and her House of Soul Strip event as a guest, and because her work is so special, I’d love for you to discover her and join her upcoming events in May.

I also had the chance to be interviewed by Tabea ZoĆ© for her podcast Beyond The Horizon: Redefining Reality. We explore what it really means to lead with love—beyond people-pleasing and the need for validation—seeing love as truth, and heartbreak as an opening for more light to enter. You can listen the full episode here.

Meet Anya Ananda, a muse of Eros, making you strip down to the essence of your inherited power in the House of Soul Strip

Anya Ananda is a multidisciplinary ritual artist, poetic channel, and founder of House of Soul Strip: a contemporary mystery school devoted to liberation through eros, movement, and ritual arts. Her work weaves somatic body work, shadow work, polarity work and dance, holding 1:1 processes as well as immersive experiences where personal and collective transformation unfold simultaneously. She draws on tantric principles to integrate feminine and masculine energies through sensual, embodied movement, using erotic dance as a gateway into intensity, connection, and liberation.

How would you describe your journey in Berlin, and in what ways has the city influenced you?

Berlin, oh Berlin. Here, I became free and unleashed. Exposed to my own darkness. This place showed me my shadows and pushed me to deal with it. It showed up for me as Neverland but with lots of Fata Morganas. I lived many lives here. I started as an insecure and confused communication agency girl until I made my boss yell at me in front of everyone with the book Women Who Run With the Wolves by Clarissa Pinkola EstƩs on my desk. Then, a coin flipped and brought me to Fusion Festival and soon after, I became a stripper. I experienced the Escort field for research. In Berlin, I wrote one of my most shared poems: The Voice of Mother Earth. And I conquered the streets here as my catwalk - only when I felt like it, haha. Just trying my magic.

How would you define your ā€œmagicā€?

It is the liberated feminine in her full expression. I discovered many energies inside of me that are all to be found within the collective consciousness, too. Nature is inside us and our bodies know. It is a little bit like an actress that acts in movies from all genres - but in flow state. My magic is to embody the multitudes of self, and be magnetic with it. I share this in my events, my performances and in my poetry.

What is House of Soulstrip, and what inspired you to create this project?

House of Soul Strip is worldwide the first Conscious Stripclub of our modern times that walks the bridge from the cages of the embodied feminine - the patriarchal stripclubs and brothels - to its liberation. Within a devoted erotic dance temple, we open access to our individual soul embodiment in its unique sensuality.Ā

One entry point is for women, men and non-binaries as performers who go through a preparation workshop for their own unique soul strip ritual on the pole. All we need is you feeling the call.
Another entry point is for men, women and non-binaries as guests who come to enjoy the ritual pole performances and be carried through a magical portal of love, polarity and liberation. All we need is your devotion and authentic respect.Ā

What experience do you want people to have when they enter House of Soulstrip? How would you describe the transformation people go through?Ā

We offer a space for celebrated visibility of soul, connection and give experiential clarity for what Eros means. We call this Erotic Innertainment. It’s fun. This is not a sex positive space. It’s an Eros positive space. You will get it when you’re here.

Performing participants are invited to shed the layers of shame and come to their own unique embodied expression: the more you feel yourself, the more others feel you. Your feelings are in your body. Your body speaks their language. Time to master it.Ā

In the tantric world, we say: we make Shiva and Shakti within us meet.

ā

This is not about being sexy or stripping clothes, but it is about reclaiming what sexy actually means.

This space also empowers all guests to receive, hold and respond to this energy, experiencing what it means to embody the masculine presence as a polarity - not gender.Ā

What challenges have shaped the way you show up today?

As a teenager, I’ve been a disembodied, insecure hobby ballet dancer with traumatic stage experiences where I left my body on stage because I was so scared and confused. I could only hear the noise in my head and not the music. I could hardly memorize choreographies and felt safer in the second row where I could copy those who are so much better than me anyways. I was very busy trying to make my body do the right moves or the moves right, but it hardly worked.

After university, I worked for peace in Lebanon (my mothers homeland) and here I cracked open, suffered my infected mind and had experiences that made me feel my body by chance. Lebanon woke me up.Ā

I hated myself and my body. I was out of shape and had no feeling for what my talents and skills are until I actually stepped into the strip club in Berlin as a 25years old, freshly awakened soul.

My relationship to my femininity was defined by the gaze and judgment of the men who would approve me, or not. I got into conflicts with girlfriends because my embodied femininity triggered too much and created envy and rivalry. Growing up naturally wild AND safe was impossible in this society. I was lucky, though. Other than many other women who got cut off their body wisdom and intuition through abuse and too many crossed boundaries.

What’s next for you and your vision?

Next for me and my vision is to fully penetrate my system of effortless and magical creation and growth. I am about to launch my offering for 1:1 work with men who desire a deeper connection to their body and feelings and become more energetic. House of Soul Strip is coming four times to Berlin this season (15/16 May - 03/04 July - late Aug - late Sep). I am weaving a new theater art project, too. Stay tuned on Instagram and the Telegram Channel. My vision is to create more opportunities and spaces that unite the collective, empower ritual and liberate the soul. I’m also called to share my work and story wider. And my deepest wish is that love becomes systemically visible.Ā

Interview for Beyond the Horizon: Leading with Love

What does it mean to lead in love — beyond people-pleasing, control, or the need for validation?

In this conversation, Tabea ZoĆ© and I explore love as truth, heartbreak as a return to openness, and the kind of leadership that emerges when you stay present, vulnerable, and anchored in your own inner knowing. A kind of leadership that is rooted in presence, honesty, and the courage to stay open — leading in love.
