Isabella Stephanie Hauck (she/her), Isabella Stephanie Hauck (she/her) - known as IZA - builds frequency fields, dialogue ecologies, and cultural formats for deep listening, transformation and integration.
As founder of Intrinsic Human Dynamics, she works at the intersection of trauma integration, body intelligence and systemic regeneration.
Her work invites humans & systems to become coherent: emotionally, relationally and structurally. She collaborates with institutions, researchers and change-makers who want to move from intrinsic shift to collective impact.

How has Berlin influenced your healing journey?

Berlin was the place where I first fully lost myself and where I slowly remembered. I arrived with deep layered unconscious trauma & addiction patterns and my undiscovered neurodivergence I didn’t yet have words to describe. The city didn’t fix me. It held a mirror and opened the space for exploration without judgment. Berlin opened a portal, I was able to walk through shadow - abuse histories, survival strategies, disorientation. But it was also here that I began to rebuild through sound & breath, acceptance and radical honesty. Berlin gave me no answers - it forced me to deeply listen. And that’s where the journey of acceptance, collaboration and recovery began.

How do you see the future of Berlin and what kind of change would you like to see in Berlin over the next few years?

Berlin could become a role model for how personal transformation and systemic change can actively support each other. But for that to happen, we need to move beyond avoidance and step into real, sometimes messy, responsibility. I believe in building bridges - between emotional insight and system design, between nervous system literacy and embodied leadership.
Intrinsic Human Dynamics was created to turn inner shift into collective impact - through adaptive formats that invite presence, process, and accountability.

Our future is NOW - Let's co-create it together!

The city didn’t fix me. It held a mirror and opened the space for exploration without judgment.

How has gong and breathwork impacted your own life?

This work literally saved my life! Breath and sound gave me access to connection when I had none. They helped me regulate my system when nothing else could. Today I work with these tools in clinical, research and institutional contexts because this isn’t a trend. It’s a technology of remembering. A frequency-based architecture of becoming coherent again.

How do you see the wellness and healing community evolving in Berlin?

We’re slowly shifting from wellness as lifestyle to wellness as literacy. From curated individual experiences to shared responsibility and long-term impact. More and more practitioners are realizing the need for structure, science, ethics, and systemic awareness and that collaboration often takes us further than competition. To me, the future isn’t about becoming more spiritual, it’s about becoming more coherent, honest and intentional with how we use our tools, our presence, our words, our power. We need to let go of the urge to fix others, embrace real feedback and stay with the discomfort of honesty long enough to co-create structures that include more than just ourselves.

What are 3 of your favorite wellness spaces or healing communities in Berlin?

1) Mind Foundation: A future-facing center for consciousness research and psychedelic therapy, based at Boxhagener Platz. They bridge science, trauma work and clinical integration with clarity, humility and structure.

2) The Frequency & Quantum Gong Community: We explore vibrational medicine, collective nervous system regulation and sonic process work.

3) Psytrance & Global Festival Culture (e.g. Boom, Ozora, Modem): This is where I began over a decade ago. These communities center nature, music, authentic presence and international + cross-generational connection - long before the conscious scene became trendy.

Berlin Newsletter Astrology

šŸŽ² Mind-Heart Games (Astrology July 8-21):

As the Sun finishes its cycle through Cancer, you are invited to make true what you promised yourself in the last weeks and months. Is it a massage? More honesty? Setting a boundary? Cutting the alcohol? The conjunction of Sun and Sirius has the potential to attune yourself with your integrity. The next weeks we begin a retrograde period where Mercury, Saturn, Neptune – as well as already retrograding Pluto – are in their reflection & adjustment phase. Re-thinking concepts, re-visiting conversations, finding alternative movements and adjusting your style of communication can be especially beneficial right now. Remember that good things take time – and there are many projects that require not just months but YEARS of preparation. Don't let yourself be fooled into thinking ā€œfailureā€ just because you assumed a different time frame in your original vision.

Venus in Gemini may feel like tricky emotions, or even playing games with the heart. Staying curious is as crucial as non-attachment, not necessarily towards people but towards your own desires. They may be momentary and fleeting, so it’s helpful to check in with the sextiling Neptune & Saturn to ask: what are the consequences of living out this desire? How does it benefit to the good of the whole? How does my ego feel if it doesn’t get what it wants? You might be bored more easily, but Mars in Virgo may help remember important details and motivations. How that looks? Check-ins with the body. Questioning the source of motivation. Taking space alone to process in your own energy. Uranus just entered Gemini as well, where it will shape the coming 7 years with loads of new information, ideas and drastic changes to how we perceive connectedness. There’s no need to understand it all at once. Life is a learning, growing and experimenting experience. A sacred dance that will see new rhythms. Therefore, new movement will be inspired naturally.

What’s Happening in the World Right Now? Are You Feeling Overwhelmed?

I know it’s been a bit intense lately, and I want to remind you that it’s okay to feel overwhelmed. The energies right now are pushing us through big shifts, and many of us are feeling a bit off-balance.

We’re in 2025, a 9 year in numerology, a time for endings, big cleaning, and letting go of the old to make room for what’s coming next! This is a year to clear the clutter, both emotionally and physically, and tie up any loose ends that no longer serve us. A 9-year cycle is coming to an end, which can feel like hitting the reset button—and yes, sometimes that can feel super heavy!

On top of that, we’re in the Year of the Snake in the Chinese zodiac, which brings transformation. It’s like shedding your old skin to make way for a new version of yourself. Trust that everything happening right now is for your highest good, even if it feels overwhelming to process. Embrace the changes—they’re leading you to something better.

Astrologically, we’re under the influence of Pluto in Aquarius, pushing us to rethink the way we live and relate to each other. And Uranus in Gemini is shaking things up, encouraging us to stay open to new ideas, to let go of rigidity, and embrace the unexpected. Things might feel unstable, but it’s all part of a greater shift toward growth.

ā

The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance.

Alan Watts

The world is changing, and the frequency of the Earth is rising. We are being called to step up and flow with these shifts. As the Earth’s frequency rises (you can check the Schumann Resonance), it’s natural that our own frequency needs to adapt. If we resist the change, we may feel out of alignment or even experience physical discomfort. The increasing frequency of the Earth is urging us to sync with this new rhythm. Resisting these shifts, both within and around us, can cause tension, but when we flow with them, we open ourselves to deep healing and transformation.

The transformation is happening, and we’re all part of it.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, know that you’re not alone! We’re all in this together, and it’s okay to take it one step at a time. We don’t need to have it all figured out right now. We’re called to be more present, as we can’t predict the future. Connect to your own heartbeat, trust the process, listen to your intuition, breathe, and allow yourself to rest and slow down.

Journaling questions:

  • What areas of your life feel cluttered or stagnant? How can you begin to clear or simplify them?

  • What are the things you need to let go of in order to welcome new opportunities and growth?

  • Are there relationships in your life that feel draining or no longer align with your values? What relationships do you need to let go of?

  • What practices help you return to peace when life feels too chaotic?

  • How can you simplify your life?

Exercice:

  • Pick one area of your life to focus on: physical, mental, or emotional.

  • Ask yourself: ā€œWhat’s one thing I can do today to simplify this area?ā€

  • Take action for 10–15 minutes with the intention of creating space.

  • Reflect on how you feel after completing the task. Notice any shifts, even small ones.
