As a Berliner, how do you see and experience Berlin?

I was born in Berlin and feel deeply connected to this place—it is my homeland, and offering my work here is sacred to me. Berlin holds a beautifully intense energy, reflecting all aspects of the current matrix and serving as a perfect mirror for this dualistic world. It always gives you the experience you need. A powerful place for your highest soul growth.

What is it about Berlin’s energy that feels so powerful or different to you?

Berlin expands and intensifies everything—you have to be open for the ride, ready to jump, and willing to surrender. It draws in the most unique and fascinating souls, making the city's energy so powerful and unlike anywhere else. In the end, it’s all of us who shape it.

What’s your one advice to stay energetically aligned in Berlin?

The energy of Berlin feels both consuming and giving — a constant exchange, much like our own energy fields. The way our energy body interacts with the local field is always our choice. But it takes awareness and conscious intention to actually make that choice.

Being in alignment with the energy of a place starts with knowing the state of your own frequency. From there, you can make love-based decisions about what you need to stay in that frequency of love. And when you’re rooted in that state, your surroundings begin to respond — this is how the frequency of this beautiful city begins to rise.

The responsibility for the energy of this city is ours.

Caro Marx

How did you become a spiritual healer?

Initiation - Answering the call to be a healer was never an ego-driven choice—my soul chose this path long before I arrived. At 27, I was initiated through a deep unraveling, as chronic illness turned my life upside down and cracked me open. To truly hold space for others, I had to walk through it all myself first. Only through transmuting pain—personal, ancestral, and collective—have I learned to guide others in their healing. This path isn't easy, but it’s one of deep purpose and sacred service.

What is a Light Code Activation, and how can it support people on their journey?

Light Codes are channeled energy transmissions from higher-dimensional beings, offering a form of ‘energetic surgery’ within your energy field. During each session, I connect with your interdimensional team to receive the guidance and information needed for your healing and highest soul growth. This healing modality was channeled through me by my Andromedan Starfamily and serves to help you remember your soul’s blueprint—and live in alignment with it—to fully step into your soul’s mission.

I teach sound healer trainings and courses for psychic advancement, and offer 1:1 Sound, Light Code healing and channeling sessions. You’re also warmly invited to join my Cosmic Sound Healing group sessions at Green Yoga Fhain.

Meet Memo Vithana (he/him), a multidisciplinary artist whose work explores the space between reality and imagination. Rooted in realism, his practice has grown into an emotional, intuitive expression shaped by memory and music. 🌞 Solstice Light To Ignite Maturity (Astrology June 10-23):

In a very special culmination of events, we have a Solstice Sun conjunct Jupiter, paired with a square to Saturn & Neptune in Aries. Mars & Venus move into earth signs (Virgo & Taurus), strengthening organized actions and grounded perception. Uranus enters the “crisis degree” (29°) of Taurus, so things feel extra urgent.

I invite you to forget everything “astrological” for a moment. Breathe deeply and feel into your heart. Witness any tension, and be honest with yourself. What feeling is showing itself to you? How have you embodied or limited this feeling in the last 2 years? Which rules do you follow? How is it connected to yourself and how to others? Are you embodying emotional integrity or masking self-doubt as impulsiveness? Do you communicate maturely or isolate yourself in avoidance?

It's important to share your vulnerability, to experience soft & tender compassion, feel real connection, and honest embrace. It's also beautiful to build more strength and resilience. Honor your abilities – not the lack of abilities, but the presence of them! If you choose, then there will be a way for you. Simultaneously, understand what the limitations have been trying to do – what was their purpose? And what does transcending them bring as a consequence? Be aware of the whole spectrum of outcomes and choose your steps wisely. Consider the trickery that beliefs and pain can weave into our own minds. Don't over-analyze – but learn to be mindful. Don't over-commit– but test the waters. July's retrogrades will bring opportunities to re-adjust.

Loneliness: The Great Teacher

Loneliness is a feeling I know pretty much.

I believe it began in childhood, when I had no one to talk to about my pain or traumas. I had to grow up far too quickly, carrying the weight of life’s responsibilities alone—and facing it all by myself.

I’ve been lucky to be surrounded by incredible angels who show me a bit of light in the darkness. But still, that deep sense of loneliness stayed. I thought I had to be the strong girl, the sunshine for others in order to be loved and appreciated.

In Berlin, loneliness hit me harder than ever. And I know I’m not the only one who’s felt that way…and I feel it’s a common part of the awakening process.

But it also became a gateway to something deeper: it forced me to turn inward and reconnect with my soul. Such a great teacher.

ALCHEMY - Through it all, I’ve always found ways to connect—with kindness, by helping others, and through my creative work. Whether it was blogging at 15, capturing souls through photography, holding space in women’s circles, coaching, or interviewing Berliners for NachtClubsBerlin—my projects have always been a way to connect with others and to remind both myself and those around me that we all come from the same source.

When we lack connection, our nervous system feels real pain. It’s a deep call from within, reminding us of our need to be seen, heard, and held. It is a signal that we are out of sync with the web of connection that sustains us.

Loneliness is the way by which destiny
endeavors to lead man to himself.

Hermann Hesse

THE LESSONS LONELINESS HAS TAUGHT ME:

1) Loneliness is part of the human experience: we all feel it at some point.

2) Loneliness is a reminder that we all come from the same source. The feeling of separation is an illusion—beneath it, we are always connected.

3) Loneliness reveals my deepest needs: intimacy, belonging, to feel heard and understood, emotional safety, authenticity, meaningful communication, self connection, to feel connected to something bigger, to be recognized…

4) Loneliness is like a rite of passage, it’s an invitation an invitation to transform, grow, and reconnect with my true self

5) Loneliness reminds me that life is impermanent: people come and go. It is here in moments when the old connections no longer hold, and the new ones haven’t yet formed.

6) Loneliness can be sacred: when I stop resisting it, loneliness becomes a doorway to more presence and heart

Journaling questions:

  • When do you feel most lonely?

  • How do you usually respond when you feel lonely?

  • What thoughts run through your mind when you feel lonely?

  • What kind of relationship do you truly desire?

Exercice:

  • Write a letter to Loneliness as if it were a person sitting in front of you. Be honest. Be raw. You might want to ask it questions, express frustration, show compassion, or explore what it's trying to teach you. Let the words flow without judgment. Sometimes, when we give loneliness a voice, it turns into something else—clarity, connection, or even a form of love.
